- Return Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made or personalized products, as well as items marked as “final sale” on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with the return instructions. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package being returned.
3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure that your return is safely received.

- Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Please note that we cannot refund any items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.
